つきましては、26年6月1日（月）以降の商品販売につきまして、下記の通りご案内申しあげます。

■1会計あたりの購入制限なし（購入制限あり他銘柄含む）
対象：華の峰、祥園の昔、宝の樹、清祥の昔、神護の昔、神苑の白、寿香の白、妙月、西条園 粋(SUI)
※商品名の末尾に何も記載の無い商品
※ただし、在庫設定がされた数量までの購入となり、設定在庫数以上でのお買い求めはできません

■1会計あたり「最大5点まで購入可能」（他銘柄含む）
対象：茶和
※商品名の末尾に【A】と付いた商品

■1会計あたり「1点まで購入可能」
対象：最萌の香、悠山、天の翠、森の宴、風の香
※商品名の末尾に【B】と付いた商品

■受注後製造による販売へ移行 ※1会計あたり「1点まで購入可能」
対象商品につきましては、ご注文をいただいてから製造・ご用意を行う形式へ変更させていただきます。
お届けまでにお時間（最大2週間）を頂戴する場合がございます。
発送時期につきましては、ご注文状況や製造状況により前後する可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願い申しあげます。
また、【受注生産】商品は最短納期をご希望いただいても添えず、着日をご指定いただいても対応不可となる場合（注文日が出荷対応不可の日付になっている）がございますのであらかじめご了承の上、お買い求めください。
ご面倒をおかけしますが、着日をご指定いただく場合には10日以上のお日にちを設けてご指定ください。

※商品名の末尾に【受注生産】と付いた商品
※【受注生産】となっていますが、「佳葉の白、実相の昔、芳香の昔、御代の昔、豊嶺の昔」については2点以上でもお買い求めできます（在庫設定がされた数量までの購入）

■【受注生産】商品の出荷スケジュール
・毎週月曜日 午前中までのご注文
　→同週木曜日以降に出荷
　例）6月1日（月）のAMまでにご注文→6月5日（金）以降の着日指定対応可

・毎週月曜日 午後以降のご注文
　→翌週木曜日以降に出荷
　例）6月1日（月）のPM以降のご注文→6月12日（金）以降の着日指定対応可

※金曜日以降のお日にちでご指定いただいた場合でも離島等、一部地域へのお届けについては指定日でのお届けができない場合がございます

■購入ルール
・【A】商品は、1会計につき合計5点まで購入可能（他銘柄との組み合わせ可）
・【B】商品は、1会計につき1点まで購入可能
・【受注生産】商品は対応可能数まで購入可能（※万葉の白、清の白、香の白、住吉の白を除く）

・妙月 10点 → ご注文受付
・妙月20g 10点 ＋妙月 100g 1点→ ご注文受付
・茶和【A】5点＋悠山【B】1点 → ご注文受付
・茶和【A】5点＋妙月 10点 → ご注文受付
・茶和【A】20g 5点＋茶和【A】100g 1点 → キャンセル（茶和【A】を合計6点購入の為）
・茶和【A】3点＋悠山【B】1点＋住吉の白【受注生産】1点 → ご注文受付（合計5点）
・悠山【B】20g 1点＋悠山【B】100g 1点 → キャンセル（悠山【B】を合計2点購入の為）

■ご注意事項
・販売可能な在庫数は状況により変動し、予告なく販売を停止する場合がございます
・事前予約およびお取り置きは承っておりません
・個数制限対象商品については、発送完了前に追加注文をいただいた場合、すべてキャンセルとなります

例）
・茶和をご注文後、発送完了前に茶和または他の抹茶を追加購入 → キャンセル
・茶和をご注文後、発送完了後に追加購入 → ご注文受付
また、当社にて不適切と判断した場合には、出荷前にご注文を保留またはキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

In order to maintain our commitment to quality-first product manufacturing and a stable supply system, we have reorganized and adjusted the sales methods for each product.
Accordingly, we would like to inform you of the product sales policy effective from Monday, June 1, 2026, as outlined below.

■ No Purchase Limits per Transaction (Includes other brands with purchase limits)
Target Products: Hana no Mine, Shoen no Mukashi, Takara no Ki, Seisho no Mukashi, Jingo no Mukashi, Shinen no Shiro, Juko no Shiro, Myogetsu, Saijoen SUI
*Products with no special indications at the end of the product name.
*However, purchases are subject to the available stock setting, and orders exceeding the set stock quantity cannot be placed.

■ Maximum of 5 Items per Transaction (Includes combinations with other brands)
Target Product: Sawa
*Products with 【A】 at the end of the product name.

■ Limit of 1 Item per Transaction
Target Products: Saimo no Ka, Yuzan, Ten no Midori, Mori no Uta, Kaze no Ka
*Products with 【B】 at the end of the product name.

■ Transition to Made-to-Order Sales ※Limit of 1 Item per Transaction
For the target products, we will change the format to manufacturing and preparing the items after receiving the order.
Please note that it may take some time (up to 2 weeks) before delivery.
The shipping timing may vary depending on the order status and manufacturing conditions. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, please note that even if you request the shortest possible delivery date for 【Made-to-Order】 products, we may not be able to meet your request, and we cannot accommodate specified delivery dates if the order date falls on a non-shipping day. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to specify a delivery date, please allow at least 10 days from your order date.
Target Products: Manyo no Shiro, Sei no Shiro, Ka no Shiro, Sumiyoshi no Shiro
*Products with 【Made-to-Order】 at the end of the product name.
*Although marked as 【Made-to-Order】, "Kaho no Shiro, Jisso no Mukashi, Hoko no Mukashi, Miyode no Mukashi, and Horei no Mukashi" can be purchased in quantities of 2 or more (up to the available stock setting).

■ Shipping Schedule for 【Made-to-Order】 Products
・Orders placed by Monday morning (AM)
　→ Shipped from Thursday of the same week onwards
　Example) Ordered by AM on Monday, June 1 → Delivery date specification available from Friday, June 5 onwards.

・Orders placed after Monday afternoon (PM)
　→ Shipped from Thursday of the following week onwards
　Example) Ordered after PM on Monday, June 1 → Delivery date specification available from Friday, June 12 onwards.

*Even if you specify a date from Friday onwards, delivery on the requested date may not be possible for remote islands or certain other regions.

■ Purchase Rules
・【A】 products can be purchased up to a total of 5 items per transaction (combinations with other brands are allowed).
・【B】 products can be purchased up to 1 item per transaction.
・【Made-to-Order】 products can be purchased up to the available quantity (※Excluding Manyo no Shiro, Sei no Shiro, Ka no Shiro, and Sumiyoshi no Shiro).

■ Purchase Examples
・Myogetsu x 10 items → Order accepted
・Myogetsu 20g x 10 items + Myogetsu 100g x 1 item → Order accepted
・Sawa 【A】 x 5 items + Yuzan 【B】 x 1 item → Order accepted
・Sawa 【A】 x 5 items + Myogetsu x 10 items → Order accepted
・Sawa 【A】 20g x 5 items + Sawa 【A】 100g x 1 item → Cancelled (Because a total of 6 Sawa 【A】 items were purchased)
・Sawa 【A】 x 3 items + Yuzan 【B】 x 1 item + Sumiyoshi no Shiro 【Made-to-Order】 x 1 item → Order accepted (Total of 5 items)
・Yuzan 【B】 20g x 1 item + Yuzan 【B】 100g x 1 item → Cancelled (Because a total of 2 Yuzan 【B】 items were purchased)

■ Important Notes
・The available stock quantity may fluctuate depending on the situation, and sales may be suspended without prior notice.
・We do not accept advance reservations or hold items in reserve.
・For products subject to quantity limits, if an additional order is placed before the previous shipping is completed, all such orders will be cancelled.

Example)
・Placing an additional order for Sawa or other matcha products after ordering Sawa but before shipping is completed → Cancelled
・Placing an additional order after ordering Sawa and after shipping is completed → Order accepted
Furthermore, if we deem an order inappropriate, we may hold or cancel the order prior to shipment.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
