つきましては、26年7月8日（水）以降の商品販売につきまして、下記の通りご案内申しあげます。

■1会計あたりの購入制限なし（購入制限あり他銘柄含む）
対象：華の峰、祥園の昔、宝の樹、清祥の昔、神護の昔、神苑の白、寿香の白、妙月、茶和、西条園 粋(SUI)
※商品名の末尾に何も記載の無い商品
※ただし、在庫設定がされた数量までの購入となり、設定在庫数以上でのお買い求めはできません

■1会計あたり「最大5点まで購入可能」（他銘柄含む）
対象：最萌の香、悠山
※商品名の末尾に【A】と付いた商品

■1会計あたり「1点まで購入可能」
対象：天の翠、森の宴、風の香
※商品名の末尾に【B】と付いた商品

■受注後製造による販売へ移行 ※1会計あたり「1点まで購入可能」
対象商品につきましては、ご注文をいただいてから製造・ご用意を行う形式へ変更させていただきます。
お届けまでにお時間（最大2週間）を頂戴する場合がございます。
発送時期につきましては、ご注文状況や製造状況により前後する可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願い申しあげます。
また、【受注生産】商品は最短納期をご希望いただいても添えず、着日をご指定いただいても対応不可となる場合（注文日が出荷対応不可の日付になっている）がございますのであらかじめご了承の上、お買い求めください。
ご面倒をおかけしますが、着日をご指定いただく場合には10日以上のお日にちを設けてご指定ください。
対象：万葉の白、清の白、香の白、住吉の白、佳葉の白、実相の昔、芳香の昔、御代の昔、豊嶺の昔
※商品名の末尾に【受注生産】と付いた商品
※【受注生産】となっていますが、2点以上でもお買い求めできます（在庫設定がされた数量までの購入）

■【受注生産】商品の出荷スケジュール
・毎週月曜日 午前中までのご注文
　→同週木曜日以降に出荷
　例）6月1日（月）のAMまでにご注文→6月5日（金）以降の着日指定対応可

・毎週月曜日 午後以降のご注文
　→翌週木曜日以降に出荷
　例）6月1日（月）のPM以降のご注文→6月12日（金）以降の着日指定対応可

※金曜日以降のお日にちでご指定いただいた場合でも離島等、一部地域へのお届けについては指定日でのお届けができない場合がございます

■購入ルール
・【A】商品は、1会計につき合計5点まで購入可能（他銘柄との組み合わせ可）
・【B】商品は、1会計につき1点まで購入可能
・【受注生産】商品は対応可能数まで購入可能

■ご注意事項
・販売可能な在庫数は状況により変動し、予告なく販売を停止する場合がございます
・事前予約およびお取り置きは承っておりません
・個数制限対象商品については、発送完了前に追加注文をいただいた場合、すべてキャンセルとなります

例）
・茶和をご注文後、発送完了前に茶和または他の抹茶を追加購入 → キャンセル
・茶和をご注文後、発送完了後に追加購入 → ご注文受付
また、当社にて不適切と判断した場合には、出荷前にご注文を保留またはキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。

To ensure the highest product quality and maintain a stable supply system, we have reviewed and adjusted our sales policies for each product.
Accordingly, please find below the sales policy effective from Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

■No Purchase Limit Per Order (Including Other Matcha Varieties with Purchase Restrictions)
Applicable Products: Hana no Mine, Shoen no Mukashi, Takara no Ki, Seisho no Mukashi, Jingo no Mukashi, Shinen no Shiro, Juko no Shiro, Myogetsu, Chawa, Saijoen SUI
*Products without any suffix at the end of the product name.
*Purchases are limited to the available inventory. Orders exceeding the available stock cannot be placed.

■Maximum of 5 Items Per Order (Including Other Matcha Varieties)
Applicable Products: Saimoe no Kaori, Yuzan
*Products marked with 【A】 at the end of the product name.

■Maximum of 1 Item Per Order
Applicable Products: Ama no Midori, Mori no Utage, Kaze no Kaori
*Products marked with 【B】 at the end of the product name.

■Made-to-Order Products (Maximum 1 Item Per Order)
The following products will be manufactured after your order has been placed.
Please allow up to two (2) weeks for production and shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and production conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note that even if you request the earliest possible delivery date, we may not be able to accommodate your request for Made-to-Order products. In some cases, requested delivery dates may not be available due to the production schedule.
If you wish to specify a delivery date, please select a date at least 10 days after your order date.
Applicable Products: Manyo no Shiro, Kiyo no Shiro, Kaori no Shiro, Sumiyoshi no Shiro, Kayo no Shiro, Jisso no Mukashi, Hoko no Mukashi, Miyo no Mukashi, Toyomine no Mukashi
*Products marked with 【Made-to-Order】 at the end of the product name.
*Although marked as 【Made-to-Order】, you may purchase more than one item, subject to available inventory.

■Shipping Schedule for 【Made-to-Order】 Products
• Orders placed by Monday morning each week
→ Shipped on or after Thursday of the same week.
Example: Orders placed by the morning of Monday, June 1 → Delivery date can be specified from Friday, June 5 onward.

• Orders placed after Monday afternoon each week
→ Shipped on or after Thursday of the following week.
Example: Orders placed after Monday afternoon, June 1 → Delivery date can be specified from Friday, June 12 onward.

*Even if you select a delivery date on or after Friday, deliveries to remote islands and certain regions may not arrive on the requested date.

■Purchase Rules
• 【A】 products: Up to a total of 5 items per order (may be combined with other eligible varieties).
• 【B】 products: Limited to 1 item per order.
• 【Made-to-Order】 products: Available up to the quantity allowed by stock availability.


■Important Notes
• Available inventory may change without notice, and sales may be suspended at any time depending on supply conditions.
• We do not accept advance reservations or product holds.
• For products with purchase limits, if an additional order is placed before your previous order has been shipped, all related orders will be canceled.

Examples:
• After ordering Chawa, you place another order for Chawa or any other matcha before shipment → Order(s) will be canceled.
• After ordering Chawa, you place another order after the previous shipment has been completed → Order accepted.
If we determine that an order is inappropriate or violates our purchasing policies, we reserve the right to place the order on hold or cancel it before shipment.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
